Foundation Repair Case Studies: Push Piers & Poly Level Lift

Home owner contacted our office concerned that his home's slab foundation was settling. Would like to see if we could repair. Preferred to work with a local contractor. 

Inspector Josh Speckhart met with the home owner and advised that we could repair the home slab foundation with exterior push piers and also poly level on the inside slab. Mr. George Herring and his crew installed the exterior push piers on the outside of the foundation walls. After lifting on the exterior was achieved they moved to the inside of the home where they were able to lift the inside slab back into position. The home owner was very happy that we were able to save the home foundation and that he would be able to keep his home for years to come.
