Wall Anchors in Seven Springs, NC

Johnny contacted Southeast Foundation and Crawl Space Repair after purchasing a home in Seven Springs, NC. When he was looking at the home he noticed cracking on the outside wall which he was doing some work on and wanted the problem fixed.

Solution

Southeast Foundation and Crawl Space Repair was able to help Johnny fix the outside way by installing the Wall Anchor System. The Wall Anchor System consist of galvanized steel earth anchors that are embedded into the earth’s soil out away from the foundation wall. Then they are connected to steel wall plates with galvanized steel rods that will hold the walls in their position or be tightened during dry period allowing for straightening of the wall over time. Johnny is thrilled with the outcome that Southeast Foundation and Crawl Space Repair completed to fix the outside wall of the home.
