Before, in Goldsboro, NC, a homeowner noticed their house didn't feel right – the floors were separating, hinting at deeper structural issues. Enter Southeast: our solution was the installation of SmartJacks, showcased in the after photo. These not only stabilized the foundation but also rectified the unsettling feeling and visibly closed the gaps in the floor planks.

The floor in this customers entryway was uneven. After assessing the crawl space, it was determined the floor was sinking due to inadequate support. Our team installed our SmartJack System to permanently lift, level, and stabilize the floor back to its original position.

Maurice, one of our design specialists went out and inspected the home. Upon the inspection he proposed that they encapsulate the crawl space to control the standing water and moisture issue.

Our crew led by Kevin T.,  installed the CleanSpace Crawl Space Encapsulation System which consists of first removing debris and insulation, then sealing off the vents. Next they installed Cleanspace 10 mil liner, wrap piers, and Siverglo insulation. Last they installed the Smart Sump Sump, Sanidry Sedona dehumidifier, discharge line and Lawnscape outlet.
