Our team transformed a very cracked and uneven concrete driveway by first using the Polylevel system to lift and level the concrete slabs. This involved injecting a high-density polyurethane foam beneath the concrete, which expands to fill voids and raise the slabs to the desired level. Once the concrete was leveled, we applied the NexusPro crack repair solution to seal the cracks and joints. NexusPro is a durable, flexible sealant that prevents water infiltration and further cracking. Together, these systems provide a comprehensive solution for repairing and stabilizing concrete surfaces, ensuring a smooth, even, and long-lasting driveway.

Joe contacted Southeast Foundation and Crawl Space Repair having concernes about the vapor barrier that was installed in the crawl space of the home. We where able to replace the vapor barrier with our CleanSpace Crawl Space Encapsulation System getting rid of the clear 6 mil liner and replacing it with our CleanSpace Liner.

This Kenansville, NC doctors office basement had a water intrusion problem, so we installed an interior perimeter drainage system with a TripleSafe Sump Pump. The TripleSafe Sump Pump features three pumps in one, including a primary pump, a secondary pump, and a battery-powered backup pump. This ensures that the basement remains dry even during power outages. The sump pump also has a higher capacity, making it suitable for handling heavy water influxes and preventing water intrusion in the basement.
