Jay contacted Southeast Foundation & Crawl Space Repair about his doors and windows sticking and moisture issues in the crawl space of his home in La Grange, NC.
SEFR scheduled for one of our design specialist, Justin to go out and do an inspection of the home. Upon the inspection, Justin met with Jay to go over what he proposed which would be to encapsulate the crawl space and push piers. By installing the CleanSpace Encapsulation System, we are able to seal troublesome moisture from causing mold, mildew and musty odors, and the Push Piers will attempt to lift the foundation to help with the sticking doors & windows, and cracks on the exterior and interior walls.
Jay is thrilled with the work that SEFR did to protect his American Dream.

John contacted Southeast Foundation & Crawl Space Repair after crawling under his home and noticing that he had wood rot and termite damage in the crawl space of the home.
Southeast Foundation & Crawl Space Repair inspector Justin E. met with John to go over the crawl space to go over the issues. Justin found that the crawl space at one point had a vapor barrier system that had created an issue for the crawl space. Water had entered the crawl space and stood on the plastic liner causing problems with high humidity which had allowed the wood to rot along with becoming a breeding ground for pests such as termites.
Our crew lead by Pedro started the project for John by first replacing the home's beams that had wood rot. Next, they installed the Silverglo Insulation Panels to the foundation walls, sealed the piers of the home with the CleanSpace liner. Then they installed the CleanSpace Liner to the ground of the property and up the foundation walls to create an encapsulation so that water can not get into the crawl space from the foundation walls. And then they installed the Sedona Dehumidifier and Smart Sump System to keep the crawl space free to high moisture levels that cause wood rot and pest problems.
John is happy that he chose to call Southeast Foundation & Crawl Space Repair to have the crawl space repaired.
