We installed SilverGlo insulation in this crawl space to improve energy efficiency and create a more comfortable living environment. SilverGlo provides superior thermal performance, helping to regulate temperatures and reduce energy costs. It also acts as a moisture barrier, protecting the home from potential mold and mildew issues. This ensures a healthier, more durable space for years to come.
The new EverLast crawl space door was installed to provide an airtight seal, ensuring better insulation, moisture control, and energy efficiency for the customer's home in Southport, NC.
Martha contacted Southeast Foundation and Crawl Space Repair because anytime it rained the basement of her home would flood. Martha used the space as storage and she was worried that her belonging being ruined. We were able to help Martha by installing the WaterGuard Basement Waterproofing System around the perimeter of the basement. The WaterGuard System catches the water before it can flood the crawl space and drains into a SuperSump System that is then pumped out of the home and into a designed area of the yard. Martha is extremely happy that she no longer has to worry about the basement flooding and ruining her belongings.
Anton contacted Southeast Foundation & Crawl Space Repair after realizing that the thin vapor barrier in the crawl space was no longer protecting his home from moisture and humidity causing musty odors and mold issues.
Southeast Foundation & Crawl Space Repair replaced the old, thin and failing vapor barrier with the CleanSpace Crawl Space Encapsulation System. Unlike the old 6mil liner vapor barrier the CleanSpace System is a 20 mil thick liner with antimicrobial properties built in to prevent mold and mildew growth. By installing the CleanSpace Crawl Space Encapsulation System we are able to separate the problem of the earth's ground from entering the home.
Jeff contacted Southeast Foundation & Crawl Space Repair because part of his porch had started to sink and wanted to know if the PolyLevel System would raise his porch back to the original setting. Southeast Foundation & Crawl Space Repair inspector Brannon met with Jeff to go over the porch of the home. Brannon found that the porch had started to sink due to settling and that we would stabilize and raise the porch back with the PolyLevel System. Jeff is thrilled with the work that Southeast Foundation & Crawl Space Repair did to protect his American Dream.
