This customer in Jackson Springs, NC had the old rotted crawl space door replaced with a door made out of PVC. A problem with crawl space doors made of wood is that over time and being exposed to hot and cold temperatures, rain, snow and other elements it starts to rot and break down. By installing a crawl space door made with PVC board, the homeowner is assured that over time it will not break down by being exposed to the elements. Not only is it more attractive to the home but better protection to keep the crawl space of the home free of moisture.
After our team installs the CleanSpace vapor barrier, it will keep the customer's crawl space dry and healthy by sealing out moisture from the ground and walls. This prevents water intrusion, reduces humidity, and stops mold and mildew growth. The barrier also helps maintain a stable environment, protecting the home’s structural integrity and improving indoor air quality.

Jeremy contacted Southeast Foundation & Crawl Space Repair with problems with a sunken concrete porch at his home in Bennett, NC. Southeast Foundation & Crawl Space Repair inspector Justin P. met with Jeremy to go over the issue to find the best solution to fix the issue. Justin found that the porch was starting to sink from a void under the porch and the best solution would be to inject the PolyLevel Injection System and fill the void, stabilize the porch and raise it back. Jeremy is thrilled with the work that Southeast Foundation & Crawl Space Repair did to fix his sunken porch.
