SmartJack posts were installed to repair this homeowner's sinking crawl space to provide stable support and, if needed, can be adjusted to lift and level the structure. These steel posts are designed to address issues such as weak or shifting soil, ensuring long-term stability and preventing further settlement.

Foundation piers were installed to lift a sinking home due to foundation settlement. The system is driven into the ground around the foundation until it reaches solid soil. The brackets are secured to the footing of the foundation and is then hydraulically lifted to achieve as much lift as possible and preventing it from further settlement. This system can also help close formed cracks, level floors, and even take care of that door or window that doesn't open or close properly. 

Arlene of Wilmington, NC called Southeast Foundation and Crawl Space Repair because she was concerned that she could possibly have water and mold under her home. Being an older women, Arlene was unable to crawl under the home to check out the crawl space, so Southeast did it for her.
