Soil erosion left voids under this concrete slab that led to it become uneven with large cracks. Our team used our PolyLevel System to fill the voids under the slab and lift it back to level. Once level, NexusPro was used to fill and seal the cracks to prevent moisture from leaking into the them.
Jason Had a full Clean Space Encapsulation done to his lovely home in Wilmington, NC. Before Jason didn't even have a crawl space door however, after the completion of the crawl space our crew here at Southeast Foundation and Crawl Space Repair added a Turtl Crawl Space Access Door. Jason is now happy to have protection against the rain and any moisture that could enter his crawl space.
