Randy called Southeast Foundation and Crawl Space Repair after doing research on the internet about standing water on his black plastic vapor barrier. The owner of SEFR Chris Hunter met with Randy to go over our CleanSpace Encapsulation System that would replace his current black plastic vapor barrier. A crew led by Larry Eldridge installed our CleanSpace Encapsulation System under the home, which included EZ Flow, 10 mil liner, Drainage Matting, SuperSump, and a SaniDry CX dehumidifier. Randy is extremely happy with the results that SEFR produced with the CleanSpace System.

Mike and his partner contacted Southeast Foundation and Crawl Space Repair about cleaning up his nasty crawl space. The crawl space was starting to show the first signs of mold and that was a big concern for the couple. Southeast Foundation and Crawl Space Repair came in a did a full CleanSpace Encapsulation which included our 10 mil liner, SilverGlo, Smart Sump and a SaniDry CX Dehumidifier. They are both happy with the outcome of the crawl space.

The brick walk way of this home had started to sag and come apart from each other, by using the PolyLevel Injection System we where able to raise up the parts of the walk way so that it is no longer a tripping hazard.

Southeast Foundation & Crawl Space Repair replaced an old sump pump system with the SmartSump Sump Pump System. The SmartSump high quality Zoeller 1/3 hp cast iron pump, with automatic float switch. The lid and unique SuperLiner sump pump basin are designed to work together with the CleanSpace Encapsulation System.

Charles contacted Southeast Foundation & Crawl Space Repair concerned about high moisture level in the crawl space of his home. Our crew installed the CleanSpace Encapsulation System. By installing the CleanSpace Encapsulation System, we were able to seal off the crawl space using the super durable 20mil thick, 7 layer polyethylene composition with a polyester cord liner to reduce the moisture and humidity in the crawl space.
