Parker contacted Southeast Foundation & Crawl Space Repair with concerns about a small dip in his floor between the kitchen and laundry room at his home in Trenton, NC

SEFR scheduled for one of our design specialist, Andy to go out and do an inspection of the floors and crawl space. After speaking with Parker and showing him what was found during the inspection, Andy proposed Smart Jacks to stabilize the floors and CleanSpace Liner to control the moisture as the best solution for his home.

Our crew lead by EJ, went in and installed the Smart Jacks in there proper place and put down the CleanSpace Liner.

Charles reached out to Southeast Foundation & Crawl Space Repair because the crawlspace has flooded twice before in hurricanes at his home in Trenton, NC.

Andy one of our design specialists, went out and inspected the crawlspace. After the inspection, Andy found mold and moisture issues and proposed to Charles to have mold remediation and encapsulate the crawlspace. Charles was ready to move forward with the proposal.

Our crew led by Kevin T., started by doing Mold-X2 Remediation. Next they sealed the vents and installed the CleanSpace CrawlSpace Encapsulation System.

We installed our SmartJack support system to stabilize the customer's sagging floor and reinforce inadequate support columns.

Matthew contacted Southeast Foundation and Crawl Space Repair having flooring issues and thought that the flooring issues where caused by high moisture levels in the crawl space of the home. Southeast Foundation and Crawl Space Repair inspector RJ Bailey met with Matthew and his wife Ana no find out what was causing the issues with the home. RJ found that the crawl space of the home did have high moisture levels in the crawl space and the wood of the crawl space was saturated with water causing problems with how to floors sat in the home. Our crew lead by Ricky Warren installed our CleanSpace Crawl Space Encapsulation System, which gets rid of moisture and high humidity in the crawl space. Matthew was happy that he went with Southeast Foundation and Crawl Space Repair for all of his crawl space needs.

Katherine contacted Southeast Foundation and Crawl Space Repair after another customer recommended us after having the CleanSpace System installed. Katherine wanted to lower her electric bill and after talking to her friend Sandy who also had the system installed found that by having the CleanSpace system installed her electric bill dramatically reduced. We where able to install the CleanSpace Encapsulation System and Katherine is happy with the work Southeast Foundation and Crawl Space Repair did to help lower her electric cost.
