Southeast Foundation and Crawl Space Repair Before & After Photos

David contacted Southeast Foundation & Crawl Space Repair concerned about moisture issues in the crawl space of his home in Wilmington, NC.  Southeast Foundation & Crawl Space Repair inspector Maurice R met with David to go over the crawl space and to find the best solution for his issues. 

Maurice found that David's issues were coming from an old vapor barrier that was allowing moisture to enter the crawl space from the earth's ground and that the best solution would be to encapsulate the crawl space with the CleanSpace Crawl Space Encapsulation System. 

Our crew installed the CleanSpace Crawl Space Encapsulation System. First, they removed the old vapor barrier along with the old wet insulation and sprayed the wood with the Mold-X2 Mold and Mildew killer, next they installed the 20 mil CleanSpace Liner along with a Sedona Dehumidifier to keep the crawl space nice and dry.

Kit contacted Southeast Foundation & Crawl Space Repair, after seeing one of our company vehicles at a neighbors house pertaining to unlevel floors and moisture issues at his home in Wilmington, NC.

SEFR scheduled for one of our design specialists, Justin to go out and do an inspection of the home. Upon the inspection, Justin met with Kit to go over what he proposed to help with his home repair needs. Which would be to have the crawl space encapsulated and SmartJacks for the unlevel floors. Kit liked all that Justin proposed and was ready to move forward with having the project done.

Our crew led by Ronald, first started with the SmartJack System to stabilize the floors, then installed the CleanSpace Encapsulation System to help control the moisture and creates healthier living conditions.

SEFR scheduled for one of our design specialists, Brannon, to go out and inspect the home. Upon his inspection, Brannon proposed to encapsulate the crawlspace to control the moisture and keep it dry and clean.

Our crew led by Ronald, installed the CleanSpace CrawlSpace Encapsulation System, which consist of debris and insulation removal, 10 mil Cleanspace liner, wrap piers, SilverGlo and Rim Joist Insulation, Sealed Vents from Interior, SaniDry Sedona Dehumidifier, Smart Sump Pump, Discharge Line, and LawnScape Outlet.

Using SentrySeal, we sealed off the cracks in the foundation from the outside to prevent water from seeping into the basement of this apartment complex.
