The crawl space went from wet to dry and healthy with the CleanSpace Crawl Space Encapsulation system.

Water was leaking into the customer's basement through the block wall due to hydrostatic pressure pushing water through cracks and pores in the foundation. To address this, we installed our WaterGuard drainage system, which captures water at the perimeter of the basement floor and directs it to a sump pump, preventing further water intrusion. This system ensures the basement stays dry by effectively managing water seepage and maintaining a waterproof barrier.

This Merritt, NC homeowner contacted our office looking for a permanent solution for their unlevel, bouncy floor problem. Our team thoroughly assessed the foundation and crawl space and discovered the support columns in the crawl space were compromised and no longer supporting the weight of the home.
