Brent contacted Southeast Foundation and Crawl Space Repair concerned about bathroom floor issues. Southeast Foundation and Crawl Space Repair inspector Justin Edwards met with Brent to go over the problem. Justin found that the crawl space had a high moisture content and that the wood underneath the bathroom had started to give. Our crews installed our CleanSpace Encapsulation System to resolve the high moisture content issue along with installing Smart Jacks to stabilize the floors of the home.
The driveway of Jose home had started to sink causing flooding on the walkway of the home. Southeast Foundation and Crawl Space Repair was able to help Jose with his driveway sinking issue by installing the PolyLevel Injection System. By lifting the driveway back level we are able to elevate the flooding issues that Jose was experiencing. Gina contacted Southeast Foundation and Crawl Space Repair with water flooding the basement of her home in Clio, SC. The basement was built with concrete blocks that allowed water to seep through the walls and on to the floor of the basement. We where able to help Gina with her basement water issues by installing the WaterGuard Basement Waterproofing System. The WaterGuard System is specially- designed piping system engineered specifically to be a more efficient, long lasting interior perimeter basement waterproofing system then other basement waterproofing systems on the market. The system is designed no to clog, has a lard drain outlet to the sump and will not cause structural damage to the foundation. Mark, a contractor for a bank in Southern Pines, NC contacted Southeast Foundation & Crawl Space Repair due to concrete slabs that were starting to settle. By the concrete slabs settling it was causing a trip hazard and other issues for the bank.
Southeast Foundation & Crawl Space Repair owner Christopher Reeves met with Mark to go over the project and to find out if we could assist with the repairs.
Our crew led by George Herring installed the PolyLevel System. The PolyLevel System combines the already- proven technique of concrete lift with a specially- engineered two- part expanding foam that makes it possible to permanently lift the concrete surface.
