Brent contacted Southeast Foundation and Crawl Space Repair concerned about bathroom floor issues. Southeast Foundation and Crawl Space Repair inspector Justin Edwards met with Brent to go over the problem. Justin found that the crawl space had a high moisture content and that the wood underneath the bathroom had started to give. Our crews installed our CleanSpace Encapsulation System to resolve the high moisture content issue along with installing Smart Jacks to stabilize the floors of the home.

The driveway of Jose home had started to sink causing flooding on the walkway of the home. Southeast Foundation and Crawl Space Repair was able to help Jose with his driveway sinking issue by installing the PolyLevel Injection System. By lifting the driveway back level we are able to elevate the flooding issues that Jose was experiencing.
