We removed the damp and soggy ceiling insulation, treated the crawl space with mold cleaner, sealed the rim joists from the outside elements, installed a vapor barrier and insulation system for the crawl space walls and floor, and installed a dehumidifier with a condensate pump to solve the issue.
To level and stabilize this customer's uneven concrete slab around their pool, PolyLevel Foam was injected.
