This customers concrete pool deck was sinking and uneven. To level the slab, we used our PolyLevel Concrete Repair System. 

This customer's uneven floor was caused by moisture damage to the floor joists in the crawl space, so SmartJack Support Posts were installed to lift, level, and permanently stabilize the floor.

Milton contacted Southeast Foundation & Crawl Space Repair because he had started to develop sagging floors at his home in Smithfield, NC. Southeast Foundation & Crawl Space Repair inspector Justin Edwards met with Milton to go over the crawl space. Justin found that Milton's issues were coming from high moisture in the crawl space which had started to break down the wood. Our crew lead by Larry Eldridge installed the Smart Jack System to stabilize and raise the floors of the home along with installing the CleanSpace Encapsulation System to dry out and to keep moisture at bay which had cause the concerning issues, to begin with.
