Southeast Foundation and Crawl Space Repair was able to help this homeowner with his sagging floors by installing the SmartJack System in the crawl space of his home in Nakina, NC. The floors were sagging due to the home's piers settling the no longer able to support the floor joist of the home. By installing the SmartJack System we are able to support the floors by installing a supplemental beam along with SmartJack that can hold 60,000 lbs.
