The CleanSpace vapor barrier was installed throughout this customer's crawl space in order to control humidity and prevent moisture damage in the future. 

CleanSpace Vapor Barrier System and SaniDry Sedona Dehumidifier were installed to eliminate musty odors, control humidity, and provide a healthy dry crawl space. 

The EverLast crawl space door creates an airtight seal and is rot resistant, so little critters and moisture won't be able to get inside! 

Colin contacted Southeast Foundation & Crawl Space repair after experiencing moisture problems within this crawl space even with a vapor barrier and sump pump system installed.

Our crew replaced the old vapor barrier system with the CleanSpace Crawl Space Encapsluation System along with replacing the old non- working sump pump system with the Smart Sump Sump Pump System.

Shanley contacted Southeast Foundation & Crawl Space Repair about a musty smell that she was having in her home in Carthage, NC.

SEFR scheduled one of our design specialist,  Mr. Todd to go out and do an inspection of the Crawl Space. Upon Todd's inspection  he found that she had a moisture issue and that is what was causing the musty smell in her home. After speaking with Shanley showing her the condition of her crawl space, Todd proposed a partial encapsulation to help with her home repair needs.
