Betty contacted Southeast Foundation & Crawl Space Repair after having a termite inspection that had indicated that she had the first signs of wood rot and that they high moisture issues needed to be addressed to stop the wood from rotting any further and to protect the wood that had not been effected yet. Maurice, a design specialist for SEFR, inspected the home. After the inspection, Maurice met with Dawn to go over what he found. There was high moisture levels, mold and a lot of wood rot. Maurice proposed to have SmartJacks installed to stabilize the floors and to encapsulate the crawl space to keep it dry and rid of moisture and mold.

Our crew led by Pedro, first started by removing all debris and insulation. Next, they replaced floor joist. Lastly, they installed the Smart Jack & CleanSpace Crawl Space Encapsulation System.

Harold contacted Southeast Foundation and Crawl Space Repair concerned about a high moisture level in the crawl space of his home along with the showing signs of mold growth. Southeast Foundation and Crawl Space Repair inspector Graham Moore met with Harold to go over his options of lowering the moisture level in the crawl space which would stop the mold growth early on.
