Hannah called Southeast Foundation and Crawl Space Repair with complaints of a wet basement. Southeast Foundation and Crawl Space Repair's inspector Patrick Hannigan met with Hannah to go over the problems that she was experiencing with her basement. It was found that Hannah would benefit from having our Water Guard System installed due to its unique profile, WaterGuard can effectively captures wall and floor seepage in the basement before it can reach your basement floor. The system transports all ground water to a sump pump, so that it can be pumped outside of the basement. Mrs. Hannah is happy to have a nice dry basement now that her Water Guard is now in place.

Our CleanSpace liner was installed throughout this customers crawl space to prevent moisture from seeping through the walls and dirt floor. This ensure a clean, dry, and healthy space! 

CleanSpace Vapor Barrier was installed throughout this crawl space to prevent moisture from seeping in. This barrier will also prevent the growth of mold, which can cause structural damage to the building. The barrier is very durable, and will last many years, providing long-term protection for the crawl space.

To prevent this basement from flooding, we installed our perimeter drainage system with a TripleSafe Sump Pump for ultimate protection! 

Our team installed the WaterGuard drainage system in the customer's basement by first excavating a trench along the perimeter of the basement floor. We then installed the WaterGuard system, which is a sub-floor drainage channel, ensuring it was properly connected to a sump pump. This system effectively captures any water seepage and directs it away from the basement, preventing future water intrusion and protecting the customer's personal belongings from further damage.
