Douglas K. contacted Southeast Foundation & Crawl Space Repair because he was concerned when he walked across his floors they had a springy feel to them. Randy Johnson went out for a free inspection and informed Douglas K. he has settling piers under his home. We sent Anthony Futrell and his crew out to install smart jacks and supplemental beams to level out the floors and keep them from settling again. Douglas K. is happy there is no longer a springy feel as he walks across his floors. 

Homeowner called and said there was a sink hole near their foundation. One of our inspectors went out and recommended them have push piers put in to hold the foundation together. Anthony and his crew went out and installed the push piers the home owner was happy with the work that was done.

John S. of Supply contacted Southeast Foundation & Crawl Space Repair because he noticed multiple cracks on the outside of him home. Josh Speckhart went out for a free inspection and provided the home owner with a estimate. One of our inspectors went out and performed and free inspection and provided the home owner with a free estimate. All pictures and information was sent off to our engineers and once we received it back Larry Eldridge and his crew went out and installed push piers to close up the cracks above the windows.

An inspector went out for free estimate and provided the home owner with a estimate for the repairs. We sent all information and photos to our engineers and once we received it back one of our crews went out and installed smart jacks to level the floor and help the doors open and close properly.

John contacted Southeast Foundation and Crawl Space Repair because the crawl space of his home had been flooded during the Hurricane Matthew and after a few months, he thought it would dry out but when he checked the crawl space it had a smell and had noticed mold growing on the beams. Southeast Foundation and Crawl Space Repair inspector Randy Johnson met with John to find the best solution to dry the crawl space. Mrs. Cathy contacted Southeast Foundation & Crawl Space Repair concerned with hanging insulation in the crawl space of her home in Oak Island, NC. Since Hurricane Florence she had noticed that the insulation had started to fall and excessive water issues.

Southeast Foundation & Crawl Space Repair scheduled one of our design specialist, Mr. Maurice Robinson to go out and do an inspection of the Crawl Space.

Upon inspection Maurice found that the crawl space had excessive water & falling insulation. After speaking with Mrs Cathy showing her the condition of her crawl space, Mr. Robinson proposed a full encapsulation with drainage matting for the excessive water issue to help protect her home.
