Douglas K. contacted Southeast Foundation & Crawl Space Repair because he was concerned when he walked across his floors they had a springy feel to them. Randy Johnson went out for a free inspection and informed Douglas K. he has settling piers under his home. We sent Anthony Futrell and his crew out to install smart jacks and supplemental beams to level out the floors and keep them from settling again. Homeowner called and said there was a sink hole near their foundation. One of our inspectors went out and recommended them have push piers put in to hold the foundation together. Anthony and his crew went out and installed the push piers the home owner was happy with the work that was done.

John contacted Southeast Foundation and Crawl Space Repair because the crawl space of his home had been flooded during the Hurricane Matthew and after a few months, he thought it would dry out but when he checked the crawl space it had a smell and had noticed mold growing on the beams.
