In order to prevent further cracking, we drilled and smoothed out the cracks before filling them with backer rod filler. The NexusPro sealant was then inserted in the cracks and joints. A homeowner in Wilmington, NC, reached out with concerns about their sinking concrete sidewalk, which had become uneven and created a tripping hazard. The sinking was caused by soil erosion and settling beneath the slab. We used our PolyLevel system to address the issue.
