Crawl Space Repair Before & After Photos

To repair sagging floors above this customers crawl space, we installed SmartJack Support Posts for permanent support and stabilization. 

SilverGlo insulation works to insulate a crawl space by creating a thermal barrier that prevents heat transfer. It is made of rigid foam insulation with a reflective surface, which helps to block heat flow and maintain a consistent temperature. The material is resistant to moisture, mold, and pests, making it ideal for crawl spaces. When installed, SilverGlo panels are placed against the walls of the crawl space, sealing gaps and reducing air leakage. This improves energy efficiency, keeps the area dry, and helps regulate indoor temperatures.

CleanSpace Vapor Barrier was installed to stop moisture from passing through, causing damage and mold growth in the crawl space and home. 

Carl contacted Southeast Foundation and Crawl Space Repair after being told by his exterminator that he had a high moisture problem and should look into getting a vapor barrier. Our inspector Justin Edwards met with Carl to go over the moisture level of the home and to see what we could do to fix the problem. The home had a CleanSpace Encapsulation System installed to lower the high moisture issue. Carl is happy that this home now is moisture free.

Our crew installed the CleanSpace Encapsulation System to seal off the crawl space from the standing water along with the SilverGlo to keep the crawl space warm in the winter and cool in the summer. Along with the SmartSump and Dehumidifier to dry out the wood in the crawl space.
