Moisture seeped into this crawl space through cracks in the walls, around the rim joists, and evaporated up from the dirt floor. To stop moisture from leaking into the space, we completely sealed all open cracks, insulated the walls, and installed our CleanSpace Vapor Barrier System throughout the space.

Willie was experiencing moisture problem under his home and wanted Southeast to come take a look. We did a full encapsulation to Willie's home and installed a custom crawl space door. Our crew led by Kevin, started the project by doing the Mold Remediation, followed by 20 mil liner, Drainage Matting, Silverglo & Rim Joist Insulation, Wrap piers, Seal vents, Sani Dry Dehumidifier, Smart Sump Pump, Lawnscape Outlet, Discharge Line, and Custom built door made from PVC that want rust.
