SEFR scheduled for one of our design specialists, Brannon, to go out and inspect the home. Upon his inspection, Brannon proposed to encapsulate the crawlspace to control the moisture and keep it dry and clean.

Our crew led by Ronald, installed the CleanSpace CrawlSpace Encapsulation System, which consist of debris and insulation removal, 10 mil Cleanspace liner, wrap piers, SilverGlo and Rim Joist Insulation, Sealed Vents from Interior, SaniDry Sedona Dehumidifier, Smart Sump Pump, Discharge Line, and LawnScape Outlet.

Frank contacted us after receiving a post card in the mail. Frank was concerned about the high moisture level in the new home that he just bought.
