Crawl Space Repair Before & After Photos

Mold and musty odors were caused by water intrusion in this customer's crawl space. In order to solve that problem, we encapsulated the crawl space with our CleanSpace Crawl Space Encapsulation System. 

Wilma of Wilmington, NC contacted Southeast Foundation and Crawl Space Repair about having a custom door installed at her home. Wilma is happy with the nice clean crawl space door that was installed.

 Mold and mildew are common in crawl spaces, but the Sedona keeps the relative humidity below 55%, so mold won't stand a chance. As a high-efficiency dehumidifier, the Sedona removes more moisture (100 pints per day) for less electricity cost than conventional models.

Andrew contacted Southeast Foundation & Crawl Space Repair concerned with moisture at his Wilmington, NC home. Southeast Foundation & Crawl Space Repair inspector Brannon met with Andrew to go over the crawl space to find the best solution for his issues. Brannon found that at some point the water level in the crawl space was about 6 inches deep that had caused the crawl space to flood. With the crawl space flooded it had caused issues of moisture getting into the insulation and the wood causing mold and mildew. Our crew installed the CleanSpace Crawl Space Encapsulation System. By installing the CleanSpace Encapsulation System along with a Sump Pump System and a dehumidifier we are able to lower the humidity in the crawl space to under 55% which mold and mildew cannot thrive.
