The floor above this Hampstead, NC crawlspace was sagging as a result of inadequate stabilization and support. We resolved this problem by installing SmartJack crawl space stabilizing posts. With the posts installed, the sagging was eliminated, providing a solid foundation for the floors above.
The floor above sagged due to excessive moisture in the customer's crawl space. Moisture had damaged the floor joists, causing the floor to become unstable. The customer wished to permanently stabilize the sagging floor and bring it back to level. Our solution was to install SmartJack Support Posts and a steel supplemental beam in the crawl space below the sagging floors.
Roy contacted Southeast Foundation and Crawl Space Repair about his home having unlevel floors. Southeast Foundation and Crawl Space Repair owner Chris Hunter met with Roy about the best solution to fix the home. The home had to have SmartJacks installed, along with a new sub flooring. Southeast Foundation and Crawl Space Repair even installed a new custom crawl space door for the home. Roy can't be more happy with the outcome that SEFR did.
Charles reached out to Southeast Foundation & Crawl Space Repair because the crawlspace has flooded twice before in hurricanes at his home in Trenton, NC.
Andy one of our design specialists, went out and inspected the crawlspace. After the inspection, Andy found mold and moisture issues and proposed to Charles to have mold remediation and encapsulate the crawlspace. Charles was ready to move forward with the proposal.
Our crew led by Kevin T., started by doing Mold-X2 Remediation. Next they sealed the vents and installed the CleanSpace CrawlSpace Encapsulation System.
Charles was ecstatic with the work SEFR did to help protect his American Dream.
This Trenton, NC homeowner had his crawl space encapsulated with the CleanSpace Crawl Space Encapsulation System.
