Our team was able to lift, level, and stabilize this customers sagging floor above their crawl space using our SmartJack System. 

The homeowner was concerned about his home after noticing that he had started to get sagging floors in different parts of this home. He crawled into the crawl space of his home and found that the crawl space had high moisture level, and that there was wood rot and failing support beams. Southeast Foundation and Crawl Space Repair was able to help fix the home by installing the SmartJack System after replacing the rotted wood in the home. We also installed the CleanSpace Encapsulation System to get rid of the problem that was causing the wood rot.

This home for sale in Wallace, NC had a corner of the home that had started to sink. We where able to fit the corner of the home and push together the cracks in the brick along that part of the home.
