We replaced the customer's vapor barrier with our CleanSpace vapor barrier system because it offers superior durability, moisture resistance, and energy efficiency. This couple in Leland, NC had foundation problem which caused cracking in the brick work of the home. With our Push Pier System we where able to fix the cracks and stabilize the home so that they will never have a problem with cracking of their home again. 

Dorothy called us concerning her sinking porch. She wanted to know if it could be fixed. We could indeed help Dorothy with her porch. Our crew led by George Herring was able to raise the concrete porch to sit level with the brick out skirting one again. Dorothy is now happy to have her porch looking beautiful  once again thanks to the PolyLevel System.

Duane contacted Southeast Foundation and Crawl Space Repair concerning a rental home in Leland, NC. The home was experiencing signs of high moisture content with falling insulation and possible mold growth. Southeast's owner Chris Hunter met with Duane concerning his home. Chris suggested Duane do a full encapsulation and extraction of the current insulation. We removed the insulation, preformed a full encapsulation with our 10 mil liner, Silver Glo, Sanidry CX and Sump Pump. Now Duane and his renter are happy to have a dry and healthy crawl space.
