We used PolyLevel to lift and stabilize the sinking concrete slab, injecting the high-density foam beneath it to fill voids and raise it back to the proper level. Once the slab was leveled, we sealed the joints with NexusPro to protect against water infiltration and prevent future damage. The process was quick, minimally invasive, and left the slab looking great and functioning properly.

The foundation of the back half of Michelle's home had started to sink. We were able to help Michelle by installing the Push Pier System. The Push Pier System utilize high strength round steel tube sections and a load transfer bracket to stabilize and lift the sinking foundation.
