Bob contacted Southeast Foundation & Crawl Space Repair concerned about a tripping hazard at a retirement facility that he manages. A concrete slab on a walkway had started to sink from years of settlement and became a danger for the residents. Our crew was able to fix the issues with the PolyLevel Injection System. The PolyLevel System uses a patented 2 part foam designed to lift and stabilize sunken concrete. Bob no longer has to worry about the residents tripping on the concrete walkway.

Bob contacted Southeast Foundation & Crawl Space Repair about problems with unlevel concrete at his home in Leland, NC. After tripping over the uneven concrete slabs several times he knew that he needed a quick and cost-effective solution. Our crew used the Polylevel System to raise the concrete slabs back to level. The benefit of using the PolyLevel System is that it is a much less disruptive and less invasive method for concrete leveling that utilizes a high- density expanding polyurethane foam and a few small penny-size holes through the sunken slab and fills the areas with the foam. The injection holes can easily be filled and depending on the size of the project can be completed in just a few hours and ready for use shortly after. Mr. Tan contacted Southeast Foundation & Crawl Space Repair concerned about high moisture levels in the crawl space of his home due to hanging insulation at his home in Leland, NC. Southeast Foundation & Crawl Space Repair inspector Maurice met with Mr. Tan to go over to crawl space to find the best solution to fix his issues. Maurice found that the best solution would be to install the CleanSpace Crawl Space Encapsulation System. By sealing the crawl space with the CleanSpace Crawl Space Encapsulation System we are able to seal the crawl space from moisture entering the home from the earth's ground. Michael contacted Southeast Foundation & Crawl Space Repair concerned with moisture issues within the crawl space of his home in Southport, NC.

We scheduled for one of our design specialist, Brannon  to go out and do an inspection. After the inspection, Brannon met with Michael to discuss what he found and what would be the best solution for his crawl space. Brannon proposed for Michael to have an encapsulation done.

By installing the Clean Space Crawl Space Encapsulation System we are able to control the moisture from entering the crawl space from around the foundation walls and the ground.
