The foundation of the back half of Michelle's home had started to sink. We were able to help Michelle by installing the Push Pier System. The Push Pier System utilize high strength round steel tube sections and a load transfer bracket to stabilize and lift the sinking foundation. Southeast Foundation & Crawl Space Repair inspector Brannon Walters met with Allen to go over the crawl space and find out where Allen's issues were coming from.

Brannon found that Allen's musty odors were coming from an excessive moisture issue within the crawl space that also caused the insulation to fall.
