Before installing the SmartJack system, the customer's crawl space faced issues such as sagging floors, high humidity, or poor structural support. After installation, the SmartJack system provided enhanced stability, corrected floor leveling, and improved overall structural integrity, ensuring long-term durability and peace of mind.

We used PolyLevel to lift and stabilize the sinking concrete slab, injecting the high-density foam beneath it to fill voids and raise it back to the proper level. Once the slab was leveled, we sealed the joints with NexusPro to protect against water infiltration and prevent future damage. The process was quick, minimally invasive, and left the slab looking great and functioning properly.

The foundation of the back half of Michelle's home had started to sink. We were able to help Michelle by installing the Push Pier System. The Push Pier System utilize high strength round steel tube sections and a load transfer bracket to stabilize and lift the sinking foundation. Michelle is thrilled with the results that Southeast Foundation and Crawl Space Repair did to fix the foundation of her home.

Our crew led by Jose H., installed the CleanSpace Crawlspace Encapsulation System which will help during storms and keep the crawlspace dry.
