This home in Jacksonville, NC was experiencing sagging floors due to high moisture levels. Carl contacted Southeast Foundation and Crawl Space Repair after being told by his exterminator that he had a high moisture problem and should look into getting a vapor barrier. Our inspector Justin Edwards met with Carl to go over the moisture level of the home and to see what we could do to fix the problem. The home had a CleanSpace Encapsulation System installed to lower the high moisture issue. Carl is happy that this home now is moisture free.
Cheryl contacted Southeast Foundation & Crawl Space Repair concerned about windows that would not close properly and doors that would not shut fully. Southeast Foundation & Crawl Space Repair inspector Ben Daniels met with Cheryl to go over the crawl space of the home. Ben found that Cheryl's problems were coming from a moisture issue that had started to deteriorate the wood that stabilizes the flooring of the home. We installed the CleanSpace Encapsulation System to prevent any further damage from occurring along with the SmartJack System to stabilize and lift the home back to level. By installing both systems we can protect the home from any future damage along with fixing the home where the door and windows shut.

Deborah contacted Southeast Foundation & Crawl Space Repair concerned about standing water in the crawl space of her home in Jacksonville, NC. Southeast Foundation & Crawl Space Repair inspector Brannon Walters met with Deborah to go over the crawl space and to find the best solution to fix her problems.
Brannon found that even though Deborah had a vapor barrier installed water was pooling within the crawl space and that the wood was absorbing the moisture causing problems with the woodwork in the home.
Pedro and crew installed the CleanSpace Crawl Space Encapsulation System. By installing the CleanSpace Crawl Space Encapsulation System we are able to seal the crawl space from the water that was pooling and standing in the crawl space. We also installed a Sedona Dehumidifier to retrieve the moisture that the wood had absorbed that could eventually cause problems with wood rot and mold.
Deborah is thrilled with the work that Southeast Foundation & Crawl Space Repair did to protect her home.
