Our home inspector checked out the home and noticed that Arlene had a high moisture content along with starting signs of mold starting to grow in the space. Southeast's crew led by Ricky Warren did a full encapsulation on the crawl space using our 10 mil liner and drainage matting since the home was on the coast and prone to a high water content in the area.
