The customer's concrete driveway had cracks and was uneven due to soil settlement and erosion beneath the slab. Our team used PolyLevel, a high-density polyurethane foam, to lift and level the uneven slab. PolyLevel is injected through small holes drilled into the concrete. Once injected, it expands and fills voids, lifting the concrete back to its original position and providing a stable, even surface.

We installed our Cleanspace Vapor Barrier and SilverGlo Insulation to tackle the dampness in this crawl space and aide in helping the home become more energy-efficient. The vapor barrier stops moisture from creeping up into the space, helping to prevent mold and protect the structure. The SilverGlo insulation keeps things warmer in the winter and cooler in the summer, which means lower energy bills and a more comfortable home overall. It’s all about keeping the space dry, healthy, and efficient!

The crawl space encapsulation process seals your crawl space from outside air and moisture. By encasing the walls and floor of the crawl space in a waterproof material such as CleanSpace Vapor Barrier and SilverGlo Insulation, the encapsulation process prevents moisture from entering the space and damaging the structure of the home.
