This homeowner contacted our office to install our foundation pier system to ensure the construction for their pool installation was permanently stabilized and secure. 

Our helical foundation pier system effectively repaired a customer's sinking foundation by transferring the weight of the structure to stable soil layers below the ground. The process involved driving steel piers with helical blades into the ground until they reached load-bearing soil. These piers were then attached to the foundation, providing the necessary support to lift and stabilize the sinking structure. This method ensured a durable and long-lasting solution, preventing further settlement and restoring the foundation to its original position.

CleanSpace drainage matting was installed in the crawl space to create a barrier that helps prevent moisture from seeping into the area. This matting is designed to protect the space from water damage, reduce humidity, and improve air quality by keeping the area dry and free from mold and mildew. It also helps maintain the structural integrity of the home by preventing moisture-related issues.

Daniele of Wilmington, NC called Southeast Foundation and Crawl Space Repair with concerns to a safety hazard of sunken concrete along her walk way to the home. Southeast's Inspector Randy Johnson met with Daniele to look over the hazard and found that we could help make the walk way safe again with our PolyLevel System. The crew, led by George Herring, was able to raise the concrete to become level and sit flush to eliminate the safety hazard. Mrs. Daniele is happy to have a level concrete with her tripping hazard gone.

Hank had a crawl space that had a thin plastic vapor barrier that over the years had become ripped and no longer served the purpose of helping to keep his crawl space dry. Southeast's inspector Randy Johnson met with Hank to go over the best solution for keeping his crawl space dry. The crew, led by Larry Eldridge, installed our CleanSpace Encapsulation System which included our 10 mil liner, SilverGlo, a Sanidry CX, Sump Pump and our custom crawl space door as a finishing touch. Hank is a happy customer with his dry crawl space.
