Charles reached out to Southeast Foundation & Crawl Space Repair because the crawlspace has flooded twice before in hurricanes at his home in Trenton, NC.

Andy one of our design specialists, went out and inspected the crawlspace. After the inspection, Andy found mold and moisture issues and proposed to Charles to have mold remediation and encapsulate the crawlspace. Charles was ready to move forward with the proposal.

Our crew led by Kevin T., started by doing Mold-X2 Remediation. Next they sealed the vents and installed the CleanSpace CrawlSpace Encapsulation System.

Matthew contacted Southeast Foundation and Crawl Space Repair having flooring issues and thought that the flooring issues where caused by high moisture levels in the crawl space of the home. Southeast Foundation and Crawl Space Repair inspector RJ Bailey met with Matthew and his wife Ana no find out what was causing the issues with the home. RJ found that the crawl space of the home did have high moisture levels in the crawl space and the wood of the crawl space was saturated with water causing problems with how to floors sat in the home. Our crew lead by Ricky Warren installed our CleanSpace Crawl Space Encapsulation System, which gets rid of moisture and high humidity in the crawl space. Matthew was happy that he went with Southeast Foundation and Crawl Space Repair for all of his crawl space needs.

Katherine contacted Southeast Foundation and Crawl Space Repair after another customer recommended us after having the CleanSpace System installed. Katherine wanted to lower her electric bill and after talking to her friend Sandy who also had the system installed found that by having the CleanSpace system installed her electric bill dramatically reduced. Anna contacted Southeast Foundation & Crawl Space Repair after doing a little research online about what would cause her doors and windows to stick. Our crew installed a vapor barrier system using the CleanSpace Crawl Space Encapsulation Liner where they ran it a foot up the wall along with wrapping the piers of the home to seal the area from moisture entering the crawl space.
