This customer had a old dehumidifier when Southeast Foundation and Crawl Space Repair did a CleanSpace Encapsulation System we exchanged this old beat up dehumidifier for our SaniDry CX Dehumidifier.

We replaced this customer rotted crawl space door with our CleanSpace EverLast door. Unlike traditional wood doors that can rot or warp, allowing unwanted elements to sneak it's way in, the EverLast provides the ultimate protection to ensure those elements stay outside and can never come inside. 

Shelia was concerned about the sagging floors in her home in Midway Park, NC. Southeast Foundation and Crawl Space Repair installed our SmartJack System in the home to fix the sagging floors. Shelia is happy with the outcome that Southeast Foundation and Crawl Space Repair did.

Herman contacted Southeast Foundation & Crawl Space Repair about uneven floors at his home in Piney Green, NC.

We scheduled for one of our design specialists, Ben to go out and inspect the home. Upon the inspection, Ben met with Herman to go over what he proposed would be the best solution with the section of the main beam rotten, would be to have smart jacks, joist assist brackets, and a steel beam.

Our crew led by Pedro, went in and installed the Steel beam, Smart Jacks System and Joist Assist Brackets to stabilize the uneven floors.

Herman was pleased with the work that SEFR did to Protect his American Dream.
