This customer in New Bern, NC had floor sagging problems and floors with bounce. Our inspector determined that the main support beam needed to be replaced and our Smart Jack System to fix the sagging floors and make the home safe. 

This house in New Bern, NC had some serious foundation issues. The main support beam of the home had cracked and was giving way.
