Justin found that the dip in the floor was due to moisture in the crawl space which had weakened the wood allowing it to dip and drop. The best solution would be to encapsulate the crawl space with the CleanSpace Crawl Space Encapsulation System along with installing the Smart Jack System to stabilize the wood and raise it so that there was no longer a dip.
