This customer's foundation sank due to soil settlement. We installed foundation push piers around the foundation to transfer the weight of the structure to more solid ground and stabilize it permanently. 

To intercept water at the wall/floor joint, we installed our WaterGuard Interior Drainage System. Water will then be directed to the TripleSafe Sump System to ensure this basement remain dry! 

Jesse contacted Southeast Foundation & Crawl Space Repair after seeing one of our ad's in the paper. Jesse was experiencing water coming into his basement when it rained. SEFR inspector Graham Moore met with Jesse and found that the basement would benefit from our WaterGuard System along with a TrenchDrain to catch and remove any water that tired to enter the home. Jesse and his wife are happy with the results that the WaterGuard and TrenchDrain are doing to keep their basement dry.

She wanted to make sure that the foundation was sound as she had experienced a little bounce in the floor of one of her rooms. Justin found that the home had a high moisture content that had started to soak into the wood in the crawl space. Our crew installed the CleanSpace Encapsulation System, by installing the encapsulation system we are able to seal out moisture from the crawl space that causes things like wood rot and mold.
