Upon inspection, Larry met with Billy to go over what he proposed would be the most effective way to take care of the issues which would be to encapsulate the crawlspace to help keep it dry and a safe environment for his family. Billy was ready to move forward to have the project done.

Moisture in this crawl space caused the support columns to lose stability, causing the floor above to sag. With the help of SmartJack Support Posts, we were able to lift the floor to a level position and solve this problem. 

Foundation piers repair settlement by transferring the weight of the structure from unstable soil to more stable, load-bearing soil or bedrock below. This is achieved by driving or drilling piers deep into the ground until they reach a stable layer. The piers are then connected to the foundation, providing additional support and preventing further settlement.
