Ezra contacted Southeast Foundation and Crawl Space Repair, she had a company previously fix her home of sagging floor but was still experiencing problems with the floors sagging. The previous contact tried to stabilize the floors just using a deck block and a piece of wood standing up. We removed the wood and deck block and replaced them with our adjustable, galvanized coating SmartJack System. SEFR scheduled for one of our design specialist, Derek to go out and do an inspection of the crawl space and foundation. This crawl space in Broadway, NC had an old vapor barrier installed, however the homeowners were still experiencing moisture problems along with high humidity.
