This crawl space was damp and musty The high humidity levels damaged the walls and insulation. Using our CleanSpace vapor barrier system, we encapsulated the space and installed a SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier to remove excess moisture.

Justin found that even though the crawl space had an old vapor barrier installed the crawl space was not sealed that was causing problems with high humidity and standing water on one side of the home. We installed the CleanSpace Crawl Space Encapsulation System using the 20 mil CleanSpace Liner, CleanSpace Drainage Matting along with SilverGlo, SaniDry Sedona and a SmartSump Sump Pump System.
