The piers provide support by transferring the weight of the structure to more stable soil or bedrock, preventing further movement and ensuring long-term stability.

Southeast Foundation and Crawl Space Repair was able to assist Kevin with repairing his crawl space by installing the CleanSpace Crawl Space Encapsulation System. The CleanSpace Encapsulation System is designed to eliminate the damp environment that harbors in the crawl space of the home. By installing the Encapsulation System we were able to reverse the unhealthy and destructive area that mold and and airborne spores can thrive.

Southeast Foundation and Crawl Space Repair replaced an old ugly door in exchange for a Turtl in Hope Mills, NC. The Turtl makes it easier to access the crawl space.
