Before our team installed SmartJack support posts, the customer’s crawl space had significant foundation moisture issues, leading to wood rot and sagging floors. SmartJack support posts are steel support systems designed to stabilize and lift sagging floors by addressing foundation issues. After our installation, the SmartJacks provided durable, adjustable support, lifting the floors back to their proper level and preventing further structural damage caused by moisture and wood rot.

Kevin called Southeast Foundation and Crawl Space Repair concerned about high moisture levels in the crawl space of the home. Southeast Foundation and Crawl Space Repair was able to assist Kevin with repairing his crawl space by installing the CleanSpace Crawl Space Encapsulation System. The CleanSpace Encapsulation System is designed to eliminate the damp environment that harbors in the crawl space of the home. By installing the Encapsulation System we were able to reverse the unhealthy and destructive area that mold and and airborne spores can thrive.

Southeast Foundation and Crawl Space Repair replaced an old ugly door in exchange for a Turtl in Hope Mills, NC. The Turtl makes it easier to access the crawl space.

Our crew led by Ricky Warren installed our CleanSpace System using our 10 mil liner, SilverGlo, SmartSump and a SaniDry CX Dehumidifier.
