Quigless saw one of our company vehicles in her neighborhood, and decided to contact Southeast Foundation & Crawl Space Repair with interest in having her crawl space encapsulated.

Larry, one of our design specialists, went out to the home and inspected the crawl space. After the inspection, Larry proposed to encapsulate and also went over what exactly having an encapsulation will help improve. Quigless was excited and ready to have the project done.

Encapsulating a Crawl Space in Raleigh, NC

Maryanna contacted Southeast Foundation & Crawl Space Repair concerned with high moisture in the crawl space of her Raleigh, NC home. The home showed signs of moisture and high humidity such as falling insulation and obvious signs of a damp ground. Southeast Foundation & Crawl Space Repair Inspector Larry met with Maryanna to go over the crawl space to find the best solution for her issues. Maryanna's problems stemmed from high humidity content in the crawl space that caused high moisture and sweating ducts in the crawl space of the home. Our crew installed the CleanSpace Crawl Space Encapsulation System. By installing the CleanSpace Crawl Space Encapsulation System, we are able to block moisture from entering the crawl space of the home and by lowering the humidity in the crawl space with the help of the Sedona Dehumidifier System. Mike contacted Southeast Foundation & Crawlspace Repair after having an inspection and found out that there was water intrusion, falling insulation, and parts of the vapor barrier missing. This was important to them because they're selling their home.

One of our Design Specialists Glenn went out and inspected the crawlspace. He proposed doing an encapsulation would be the best solution for their home.

Our crew led by Kevin H., started by sealing all vents, removing insulation and all debris from the crawlspace.  Next they installed 20mil CleanSpace Liner, SilverGlo, and Wrap Piers. Last they installed the SaniDry Sedona Dehumidifier, SmartSump Pump, Discharge Line and LawnScape Outlet.

Mike was very happy with the work that SEFR  done to help with their home repair needs.
