RJ found that Curtis was experiencing high moisture levels because there wasn't a vapor barrier installed and the vents where open allowing outside air to mix with the natural water vapor in the crawl space from the earth's ground. By installing the CleanSpace Encapsulation System we are able to seal the vents of the home stopping the outside air from entering, along with the CleanSpace Liner to prevent the grounds water vapor from coming in.
