Brian contacted Southeast Foundation & Crawl Space Repair after meeting with a flooring company. Brian had wanted to have installed hardwood flooring through out his home but before they could continue with the work the flooring company suggested having a vapor barrier installed to prevent issues that can arise with hardwood floors and moisture. After doing some research, Brian came across Southeast Foundation & Crawl Space Repair and our CleanSpace Encapsulation System. By installing the CleanSpace Encapsulation System we are able to not only seal the crawl space but the whole home from the earth's moisture. Brian is not only happy with the encapsulated crawl space but also with the beautiful floors that were installed.

Throughout the years the home started to settle and started showing signs of settlement on the interior and exterior.
