Chris contacted Southeast Foundation and Crawl Space Repair because part of the slab in his driveway the dirt had started to wash away. We where able to fix the driveway with the PolyLevel Injection System. Richard contacted Southeast Foundation & Crawl Space Repair about problems with a sunken concrete porch at his home in Fayetteville, NC.

SEFR scheduled for one of our design specialist, Derek to go out and do an inspection .Derek found that the porch was starting to sink from a void under the porch and the best solution would be to inject the PolyLevel Injection System to fill the void, stabilize the porch, and raise it back.

To restore and level this homeowners concrete driveway our crew injected PolyLevel foam beneath the concrete to fill the gaps caused by soil erosion. The NexusPro crack repair solution was used to seal the slab and protect it from damage caused by soil compaction and washout.

Josh called Southeast Foundation and Crawl Space Repair in hopes that we could fix his garage concrete slab that was cracking from the slab settling instead of having to replace the entire slab. Our wonderful inspector Graham Moore met with Josh and found that we could fix the slab with our PolyLevel System, which would be a lot cheaper then replacement of the slap.
