Concrete Leveling Before & After Photos

Richard contacted Southeast Foundation & Crawl Space Repair about problems with a sunken concrete porch at his home in Fayetteville, NC.

SEFR scheduled for one of our design specialist, Derek to go out and do an inspection .Derek found that the porch was starting to sink from a void under the porch and the best solution would be to inject the PolyLevel Injection System to fill the void, stabilize the porch, and raise it back.

Richard is happy with the work that SEFR did to fix his sunken porch.

To restore and level this homeowners concrete driveway our crew injected PolyLevel foam beneath the concrete to fill the gaps caused by soil erosion. The NexusPro crack repair solution was used to seal the slab and protect it from damage caused by soil compaction and washout.

Dennis contacted Southeast Foundation & Crawl Space Repair complaining that the back porch of his home in Hope Mills, NC had sunken about 2 inches. We were able to help Dennis by using the PolyLevel System to stabilize and lift the concrete back level.  The PolyLevel System combines an already proven technique of concrete lifting with a specially engineered two part expanding foam that makes it possible to permanently restore and level the concrete with very little downtime and disruption.

Maureen contacted Southeast Foundation & Crawl Space Repair concerned with a trip hazard to the front door of her home in Willow Springs, NC. Our crew was able to help Maureen fix the trip hazard by using the Polylevel System. The Polylevel System is a concrete lifting technology using a high-density polymer foam to stabilize and raise the concrete back to where it should be. Maureen is happy with the results that Southeast Foundation & Crawl Space Repair was able to do to make her home safer for her family. 

The concrete slab has sunken about 2 inches. With the help of the poly level concrete leveling system, our team was able to raise the concrete about am 1.5 inches without damage.
