Tammy contacted Southeast Foundation & Crawl Space Repair because the crawl space gets full of water during any rain at her home in New Hill, NC.

Larry, one of our design specialists, inspected the crawl space. After the inspection, Larry met with Tammy to go over what he proposed as the best solution, which is to have the crawl space encapsulated to help with the moisture and standing water.

SEFR scheduled for one of our design specialist, Derek to go out and do an inspection of the crawl space and foundation.
